Guidance to Enhance Sexual Intimacy
Our bodies have a tremendous capacity for pleasure. We can open to these experiences through presence, connection, and surrender.
When embracing pleasure feels difficult, we can benefit by first learning what we are protecting ourselves from. We can then explore feeling safe, relaxed, and deserving of enjoyment. Expanding our capacity for pleasure and connection occurs through loving practice.
The courses I offer here are designed to guide you through your unique exploration of your sexuality. You can cultivate a deeper capacity for presence and pleasure through these practices whether or not we are working together in sessions.

When desire comes easily, sex in a relationship is just one of the meaningful ways of connecting. If the desire is missing, the thought of sex can feel more like a stressor than a pleasurable experience.
If you have the desire to rediscover your desire, you’re already on the path to bringing sexual intimacy back into your life.
Pressuring yourself to be interested in sex more often will be counter-productive, so I encourage you to be kind and patient with yourself in this exploration. Bring your curiosity, anticipation, and excitement to learn more about yourself through guided self-discovery.

My clients often tell me they have been coping with persistent pain for years even as they have continued to work hard in their careers and personal lives. Because of the pain, they typically find it difficult to relax. They share that this pain has affected their intimate relationships, their level of physical activity, even how they see themselves, and they may be on the edge of giving up hope that their bodies will feel good again.
If you have experienced persistent pelvic pain for months or years, you are not alone. You can receive the support and care you need on your path to healing.

Do you ever avoid initiating sex due to worry about disappointing a partner or feeling embarrassed?
Ironically the more you worry about your ability to “perform” the more likely you are to be unhappy with the outcome.
Even knowing this, it’s quite a challenge to stop worrying about how sex will go.
If you’ve experienced erectile dysfunction, early (premature) ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, or inhibited ejaculation, you are more likely to have performance anxiety in the future. You can learn the strategies to stop performance anxiety.
